Senator Ayo Arise
Senator Ayo Arise, was the Chairman, senate committee on privatization of the 6th senate. He is currently the Chairman of Fortune Games Limited. Senator Arise has vast experience in project management and he built the pioneer processor for Mastercard in the continent of Africa. Through his initiative, Nigeria leveraged into the world of e-commerce through the issuance of Mastercard by many banks between 2003 and 2007. Senator Ayo Arise introduced the electronic bill in 2008 while in the senate. The bill was invariably amended, passed by the National Assembly and signed into law by the president in 2015.
He has worked with several organizations including the Alabama A&M University, the Whole Sale marketing company in Tucker Georgia where he left as Manager before moving to Web Stars Inc. in Norcross Georgia as chief executive for 5 years. Mr. Arise managed many bid process and project management through the general Services Administration of the State of Georgia. He coordinated all defense department related opportunities for the organization.
Senator Ayo Arise established Cards technology in Nigeria early in year 2000 and have since been recognized by the Central bank of Nigeria as a value added service provider to promote electronic commerce in Nigeria. In the process he has been able to work in an organized manner to break milestones and persuaded MasterCard International to approve some banks in Nigeria to issue MasterCard International.
He is also a pioneer member of the committee on Guidelines on Electronic Commerce in Nigeria Senator Ayo Arise has managed many cards project and he is currently a member of the imaging association of America and many other international bodies that review the Card business throughout the globe. He is a committed techno administrator who settles for nothing short of target. He is a certified Hardware engineer and a certified Microsoft professional.
